Movers & Shakers

Congrats to Yaya Pineda!

Yaya started her new role as a Lifecycle Marketing Analyst! In this new role, Yaya will be overseeing the lifecycle marketing function for Kajabi users, with particular focus on owning email communication and user segmentation strategy. Yaya has shown incredible potential and everyone is excited to welcome her into the growth team. Absolutely stoked to see Yaya take on this new level of impact!

Go Erin, go Erin, Gray!

Erin joined Kajabi as a copywriter in September of last year and, for those of you who have worked with her so far, you have surely seen her passion, dedication and skill in action. Now, as Lead Copywriter, Erin will be taking on more responsibility for the Kajabi brand voice, as well as managing the copywriting function as a whole. Thank you and congratulations, Erin! We’re excited to see you take your career, and Kajabi’s voice, to the next level!

Fun Facts

The marketing team had a virtual ‘offsite’ in June where we spent two 5-hour days with Kajabi’s leadership coach, Ali Levin, who walked us through some team bonding exercises like sharing Pecha Kucha slides (90-second ‘get to know me’ presentations), creating team norms, sharing results from a NEO personality test, and roleplaying some feedback scenarios. We had a great time and got to know each other even better!
